Can this be solved, iron farm piece

1890 -1920 homestead . This piece looks like scrap iron but there are some significant angles to it, which I will try to describe with pictures.

Picture 1-left side bent over but solid about inch up from bottom of bend, also right side end flares out a little, end is a little wider.

Picture 2 close up of end that bends into itself. Bottom of that bend about 1 inch solid, no groove at bend.

I've no idea what this might have been originally from Matt? :icon_scratch:
But if I had to guess, I'd say it came from the frame of a wagon.

Just a guess. I have seen horse drawn cultivators and planters with homemade brackets, like that, and a piece of sheetmetal (sometimes even a car tag) to form a raised mound in the row?

Interesting , there were wagons and lumber industry from 1880- 1940’s, and a lot of farming at the homesite.
