Can someone identify this for me?

A well done and fanciful piece though...

Just an additional note, I had a silver ring made once with the lost wax method and it comes out with that rough handmade look to it like the broach part of this piece...

It looks similar to pieces I've seen made by Mark at SPANISH MAIN ANTIQUES JEWELRY in St Augustine.

Had a lot of people stumped. She did some nice work. I googled her name and there were hundreds of images of her jewelry.
