I dont have much to offer other than I think that this may be a Medal of some sort and not a coin.

I am probably wrong :dontknow:

MIning the Coin Archives.......

Legion medal minted to commemorate those who died in the November and January Uprisings and the 1914 War.

Diameter 50 mm, silver-plated.

Signed - Lewandowski (obverse 1916, reverse 1915).

Obverse - Our Lady of Częstochowa, around the perimeter the inscription "QUEEN OF THE POLISH CROWN PRAY WITH US", on the left the dates 1831, 1863 and 1914. On the right the signature - Lewandowski 1916.

Reverse - a dying soldier with a sabre in his right hand, decorated with a laurel wreath by the goddess Athena, above them against the background of the sky with the sun in its rays an eagle flying. On the right the Sigismund's Column, on the left columns of the marching army. On the perimeter a crown and the inscription "FELL ON THE FIELD OF GLORY"
