Top says Winchester sides say No. 12 bottom says NUBLAC. Is it possible to date this?

This is also a great, scarce headstamp. The Blue Rival was introduced in 1894 and was offered both loaded and empty. It was available as a loaded shell until 1903 and empty until 1904. It is a find.

Horse shoes are very tough to date Herb,unless they are VERY old,they are still hand forged sometimes

I agree. I'm serious lol. I have a house site but don't have a date on it these help me date the house.

Heres a shot of a burro shoe, I really cant tell if it is hand forged, what do you think ?

Another shell kinda tore up ? shell has a wreath type design around the base.
