Can anyone tell me if this is Turquoise?

I found a big hunk of it if it is! It looks like someone was cutting on at some point or another. It also has some white crystals layered in as well.

I don't think it is. Looks more like a painted concrete item.

I think it could well be, but your single photo devotes more pixel real estate to backyard items, than to the stone in question. Is that quartz in the matrix? Please take some more photos, and really get all up in there...

I will try to get a better pic tomorrow, it's dark now. It does have what appears to be quartz in there.
