To partially answer your Q RE: value, this one (which differs slightly from the one I showed you above)

sold on 24 June 2017 for $66 before adding the buyer's fee. You can judge from that price what your coin may be worth.
To me, the ability to 'show and tell' the history of finding the coin-and also tell the history of Vespasian fighting in your area would trump any monetary value you might receive.

I found a letter in scotland that mentioned william wallace with a piece of hair in the letter and found it in old church yard in an old tea caddy, does anyone want to see it

Have you ID-ed the tea caddy?
As for William Wallace, he had a great run for about 7 or 8 years after the Sterling Bridge then a nasty ending to his life after capture.

If what you have is date correct I'd say have some REAL treasure there. As to the hair. We need to exract the DNA and clone an army of William Wallace's if it's his hair.
