Found in Hocking hills Ohio creek hunting, pretty knicked up and banged up from the creek. Still like em though. And what i thought could have been an anchor or net weight? It has a hole crudely drilled through it at an angle.

That's way out of my area.. but I would say Brewerton side notched.

The one in the middle and the one on the left are Woodland types and probably Chesser Points. The one on the right could be a Brewerton or some type of Archaic Side Notch. Is the base ground on it?

No the base is not ground, and yes, lots of terms that I'm unfamiliar with haha

Not to say anyone else is inferior but The grim reaper has been doing his thing for a long time and I seldom see him wrong about much. If he's not sure he will say that and if he belives he is correct he has no problem saying that either...and he usually is.

Thanks GatorBoy. I appreciate the kind words. The thing with ID'ing from pictures is you just get the basic outline of a piece. A lot of times the thickness, flaking, material, and grinding or no grinding will make a huge difference in type. What I see though is what I said earlier, but I could be wrong.

It's more than I knew before so Thankyou very much, it's great to have people with as much knowledge as you that can only be gained from years of experience
