🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Can anyone decipher this lettering?

I can’t make out this raised lettering and neither can my friend or my wife. It seems to be a harness type of clip.

I can't read it either.

Maybe try laying a piece of paper over it and do a pencil rubbing? Or try strong lighting at an angle to throw more shadows on it?

I can try the pencil rubbing, I can’t see it with the light and angles

Afraid that piece may require some cleaning before the letters are revealed.
