Reposting in hopes that someone new might be able to help.

This belonged to my late father, but never knew what it was all about. Looks like it's 20 karat gold, so i doubt it was a souvenir

I'll give it a try. I always thought it was in the Poconos area since he grew up in Philadelphia. But I'll try the one in Rhode Island too. Thanks!
