Hello everyone,
It's been a while since I posted any finds. My job kept me from detecting there for a while. I'm finally getting a chance to do some dirt fishing. YeA! Anyway I've combined todays finds with finds from a couple other days. I found several flat buttons and a couple indians from the old farm site where my brother john37115 found the halfdime. Some nice bullets from what we think was a Civil War picket site. We plan to go back and hunt it soon. The Eagle button was found today it's a General Service Cuff button backmark Scovill's and Co. 1840-1850 also found the V nickle today. I got a little carried away with baking soda rub on the nickle. Got a bit to eager during the clean. The big Gold plated bracelet also found today, fell apart as I removed it from the clod of dirt. It does feel good to get back to detecting and posting finds.
