Looks like a Massachusetts seal. Arrow pointing down with bow in the other hand. This button has a wreath left and right with writing underneath beginning with the letter G. The button is one piece, 3/4. Trying to narrow it down, regiment, militia, Etc.

The button appears to be a match for MS 53 in Record of American Uniform and Historical Buttons, described as City Guards, Boston; 1-piece convex

A. The Indian, CITY above, GUARDS below, a sprig of laurel on each side. [backmark] ***TREBLE***/GILT, in raised letters. 20 mm size

Listed as RV 20, so that is quite desirable of a find.
