Button and pin help

Hi guys. I need some help identifying a couple of things. I scoured the net to no avail. The button is the size of a dime, and the back looks familiar but I just can't place it. What kind is it? I thought military with the stars, but not with the criss-cross pattern behind it. The woman's pin is a mystery on date. Looks brass but gilted and worn. The band is too small around for a braclet I think, and it has some clips on it. Help me out here! Thanks for looking.

The bracelet thing may be a decorative ring for something like an oil lamp. The holes you point out don’t look like anything I’ve seen on jewelry.

The image in the middle appears to be a pin or broach.

The top image with the Stars appears to be a hat or lapel pin as does the image to the right of it (if the pin is exiting the image). Be nice to see a bigger image of them.

The thing with stars reminds me of a tiny little clock pendulum... not that I've ever seen one that size.
