I've eaten this before...just never made one. Ran across this recipe in today's local paper.

1 stick butter
1 cup buttermilk
Dash nutmeg
3 heaping tbls flour
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 piecrusts

Cream sugar and butter together. Add flour. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked piecrusts and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
 

RR...this sounds like it would probably taste a lot like Chess Pie. I may try and make it with Splenda...should come out OK.
