Found these two buckles atleast I think they are both buckles can anyone date them and maybe provide more info on them thanks

. Cleaned it up a bit has a design on it I was hoping someone could tell me more about it does it still look early 1900s after rust removed? Any input will be much appreciated

Not its not, it a cheap metal & the give away is the locked central pin.
