Buckle and buttons, one really cool to me

Went for a quick scan after church to our button site that's been hunted hard all year. The farmer recently plowed the field so a went to our original "good spot" to see if anything was left. Found four buttons and the tack within half hour! This spot just keeps producing!! Found the oval piece and the buckle Saturday in same field. I guess it's a button but back doesn't have an ordinary stem (?). The little button has some designs on the front and some gold gilt remains on the back. After finding so many flat buttons (which I still love to find) I was super happy to find this little one with decorations on it! Thanks for looking and HH.

Great finds. I think that oval piece is a saddle decor piece.
Congrats on the flower button too. I'm guessing early to mid 1800's.

Nice finds. I've found one of the oval items as well. It's a saddle decoration. The little flower button is cool too. I've got a site that's very similar. Tons of flat buttons & I've only found one button with any decoration, a tiny flower one!
