Bubba, a furniture dealer from KY, decided to expand the line
of furniture in his store, so he decided to go to Paris France,
(this being his first trip ever to the French Capitol), he met with
some manufacturers & selected a line that he thought would sell
well back home in KY.
To celebrate, he visited a small bistro & had a glass of wine.
as he sat enjoying his wine, he noticed that the small place was quite crowded, & that the one other chair at his table was the only vacant chair in the house. Before long, a very beautiful young
girl came to his table, asking him something in French, (which he
did not understand), & motioned him towards the chair.
He invited her to sit down. He tried to speak to her in English,
but she didn't understand, so he took a pen & wrote on a napkin,
drawing a wine glass,she nodded,& he ordered her wine.
After sitting together at the table for a while, he drew a plate
of food, she nodded & he ordered food.
They left the Bistro, going to a small cafe that had music, he
drew a couple dancing, she nodded, & they danced until closing
time, the young lady drew a four-poster bed on a napkin, to this
day, Bubba never figured out how she knew he was in the
"furniture business",
