I’m basically certain it’s not a gemstone, just based on setting alone. But if you want to know what it resembles, then i’d say for the green it’s closest to one of the garnets like demantoid and for rhe white - any of the clear gems (sapphire, zircon, diamond etc). But the piece photographed is costume jewelry- it’s paste.
