Just found this in two parts at 19th cen spot,

his collar was 2ft away

it is very thin probably stamped and mass produced, maybe election campaign piece?

he looks a bit Like president Garfield

Except for the fuller beard, my first thought was it looked like Vladimir Lenin. Probably because of the chin/mouth area. Garfield is quite possible and probable though. Hope you can nail down exactly what and who it is. Cool find.

Has the mouth been carved modified or is it broken so it looks like his mouth is open?
