brass thingy

found this next to a light pole sat. it is the size of a silver dollar, only markings are
B1 any ids?

part to an old round baitcaster the middle hole would be the handle the one on right would be a clicker and the left hole would be the line tention knob?

no its brass,1 5/8" dia.,middle hole 1/8,two outside holes are 5/16
it looks as if it fit in the base of something,maybe a fuse ?
