brass and lead prices

Does anyone know what brass and lead is worth per pound for scrap. I find quite a bit of that while metal detecting and if it would help pay for batteries what the heck...

are you intending on smelting all the pieces of lead together or just weighing in as is

I made a scrap run not terribly long ago. Clean brass was, I believe, $1.70/lb. And they gave me 10 cents a pound for some old lead plumbing parts.
I always save all the non ferrous metals I dig. Most people get annoyed when they dig small pieces of copper, but with it's current price, I'm always more happy to dig that than a crusty zinc penny.
