Brace yourselves... Multiple solid rolls of dimes, my biggest 90% score, UPDATE

Well, first off sorry for my solid roll teaser yesterday (1974 D halves).... Today is the real deal! I've been slowly cleaning out one of my supply banks which has a large stockpile of CWR dimes. Been doing OK so far; one or two here and there. I picked up $300 face from them today as well as $300 in MWR from another bank -- I was hoping for three silvers. I started with the CWR and got about 10 rolls in when I opened one and saw a 1964 on the end. Slid them out, and 49 more silvers!!! Well, I looked for other rolls of the same style in the stash, and found about 15 similar. Here are the results:

NINE solid rolls of silver Roosevelts!

Fourty Four additional silver Roosevelts in other partial rolls -- most were the same style wrapper, but got a few singles in other rolls.

I probably need to be sedated now!

That's $49.40 Face in 90% silver--35 ounces of the good stuff. Easily a new one hit record for me. Best part is they still have more rolls in their vault!!! Guess where I'm headed first thing Monday? Of course, you never know, this may be it, and I'm OK with that, no complaints at all.

Funny thing as no Mercs, but I'm not complaining about that either.

Here are the details on dates:

All dates/mintmarks represented except: 46S, 50S, 51S, 52S, 54S,55P,D,S, 58P. Not bad, and the 49S is in nice F/VF shape!

I will probably not sleep a wink tonight. Will take me a while to calm down from this one. I'd say once in a lifetime, but everytime I say that I get another score. Oh wait, I'll say it then

November and December have brought me almost 60 ounces of AG. Like Rileyboy always says "it's out there"

I would do a sweep of all coin denominations at that bank. Chances are there were more than dimes in that collection.

OK, went back today to clean out the rest of their dimes. I got $600, and they assured me I got them all. I got a little excited when about 7 of the rolls were the same style as the solid rolls, but alas.... I got all the solid rolls on Saturday, no more today. One of the rolls did have a 1963 on the end, but that was the only silver in the roll.

On the positive side, I did get five more silver dimes, and one of them was a Merc. 1931 D in VG/Fine. It's a scarce date, so I was pretty excited about that. Total haul was 498 silver roosies and 1 Mercury. I asked if they got lots of other denominations in CWR, and they said only nickels. So, I'll start in on them next. No quarters to speak of they said... I did take them some Christmas chocolate too, and they said they expect to get a good stash of dimes built up over the coming month or two. I'll clean out the nickels and see if any more silver roosies wander in.
