Can anyone date either item, I know they are Boy Scouts items but are they older or newer?

I can't date them but they sure must not make Eagle scouts like they used too. LOL

I just found a slide just like that only a couple days ago.

I am guessing the neckerchief clasp is within the past 25 yrs or so. I found two of them recently while detecting. My grandson is a Eagle Scout and he couldn't identify mine. I was in cub scouts 60 yrs ago and can't remember what the clasp looked like for certain
