I dug this up in kershaw south carolina in a grassy area by the railroad tracks, can anyone tell me anything about it. obviously it is a plate of somekind. new or old?
I saw this and first thought when you said rail road grassy knoll etc that maybe it meant Heavy Metal Scrap (Hms) But no that can not be right so checked out just Acronym Definitions. Some were like this,,Hendersonville Middle School (North Carolina)HMS.
