I bought a box of Nickels last week...I sorted slowly through the week...
I found my first Buffalo...and my first silver war Nickel...
I kept $4.10*post 60's* for my Jefferson Nickel book...Nothing special...

I also forgot to mention that I a done filling my Jefferson Nickel album with the exception of S mints...post-60's anyways.

Pre-60's have a little way to go...

Nice finds. Just FYI though, there were no 1959D proof nickels made. It is probably just a better stuck specimen. The Denver mint has not struck proof coins, only Philadelphia up to 1964, and then San Francisco from 1968 on.

Thank you, I had no idea. I guess it was just very well struck or kept in very good condition...
