Nice teamwork on making the photos possible. I'm thinking it a mucilage, made by Fairmont Glass, after 1933.

Another possibility is an atomizer. Might be a bit ungainly. What's the diameter of the base, and the capacity? The finish would accommodate an atomizer: Page 62 - Atomizer Bottles and Breast Pumps

dont have my dial caliper in the house with me but a 1" 5/8 across bottom and 2 3/4" high prob around 2 ounces.
