There's one of those on my desk in front of me now. I have excavated three so far. Took me years to find them. I live out here in a ghost town in the Mojave Desert up against Death Valley. Every day since March of 2003 I've been excavating the old dumps in town with permission from the property owner. I believ the 'poodle bottle' once had a rubber nipple affixed to it's business end. The bottle was filled with milk, etc and used to feed small critters. Probably by children. Injured birds, tiny kittens, puppies, etc. All my finds I donate to the local museum. They will be on display the coming weekend at the Trona,Ca Gem & Minerological Show.
