Well my brother works at the county rehab/nursing home. Before it was that it was a nice estate back in the mid to late 1800s so we decided to hit it but its a lot of ground. Well I had a Cub Scout thing with my boy today at went longer than we thought and he had been detecting from 2:30 until 5:30 when I showed up and had only found an old toy car and a couple quarters. I only had about an hour to hunt. When I got there I told him to follow me down to the old pond. We got there I looked around and saw what looked like the oldest part my brother went the other way. I dug 2 pull tabs and two more steps under a big root got a slamming hit. Dug down and BAM! Out came an 1826 bust half.

Scouts out!

Man, you've got to be real happy with all that beautiful silver. Way to go. I'm still waiting on my first silver for the year, and my first ever barber, seated...

Thanks! And I am very happy I do love finding silver. Your seated and barber will come as long as you keep swinging. Good luck and HH

You are a silver coin digging mastermind!

I'm just not scared to climb under the bush and move the fallen down trees. That's my secret don't tell please

Now that is a nice coin, I am sure that your coin is not a common find. :occasion14:
