So if you go to eBay>My Ebay> Account Tab>Site Preferences>Scroll to Buyer requirements>Click Buyer Requirements Activity Log
You can see the bids you missed as a result of the bidding requirements you have set up. I found that you get the most blocks anytime you start an item low. I don't really care about the too many unpaid item strikes. I hate people wasting everyones time. But the one that bothers me is the person with 524 positive feedbacks without a paypal. I would have diffentently let them bid. Because I've been sitting on that forever. But Everything else sold regardless. But I might have missed a small price increase. Just thought I would see if anyone else wanted to post theirs and start a discussion.

funny, I clicked on that 5 minutes ago. I didn't have any.

I've had several people with 100% feedback have too many unpaid items. But if you want to really see the log fill up start some Fiestaware at .99 They get persistent too. They come back everyday to get blocked.

My question is - does it tell the people trying to bid why they are blocked from bidding???

they have 100% f/b because ebay will not allow any negative feedback.

this page is what i have had to use a few times
http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin

just checked that item, it was a Sony laptop. funny thing is it was a relisted auction.
the first time I had it listed the buyer didn't pay ;)

I have 6 blocks on 3 different items. 4 were for no PayPal. 2 were for too many unpaid items. Not a big deal as all 3 items sold rather quickly anyway. I might have missed a small increase but I can live with that to avoid the hassle.

Well when you put it like that what I wrote seems rather silly. It is surprising that someone with over 1000 feedbacks did not pay for quite a few items. Personally its not so much the lack of payment that bothers me but the lack of any communication. I do have a few people added to my block bidders. Most of those were just people who asked suspicious questions before bidding. I wonder how those people without paypal plan on paying.

I dont know. But I doubt it because you will see the same person blocked repeatedly. It should though.
