I don't care if this gets moved.

I sold this guy a uncirculated 2006-P half dollar for $2.55 total. I mailed it off to him. He said he didn't get it and so I had no choice but to give him his money back. This guy puts on my feedback that he can't recommend and that although I gave him the money back, he said I kept the coin. Give me a break. I have sold many uncirculated halves for $2.55 each and there is no reason why I didn't mail it off to him. FYI, this guy is a Nazi fan or is a Nazi based on items he buys.

If you don't want to deal with jerk like this that will give you a negative feedback, block him: antiquescollector1

Well, those coins did come from CRHing if that matters.

I had a very similar experience recently. Guy bought a coin from me for .99 and $1 shipping, so like you I either broke even or lost money after fees, time, gas, etc. I usually leave feedback after I ship the item, just my way of doing things for the last 10+ years on ebay (which no one has had an issue with). He leaves neutral feedback stating that there was no customer service after the sale and he reported me to customer protection. For real??? I contacted him and stated that it is usually customary to ask for service or a refund if the product is not up to his standards. He replied (in all caps) that he felt ripped off that I did not leave feedback immediately.

So the moral of the story is.... um.... whatever....

Some people I tell ya...

Yeah, after this.. I realize it's not worth it to sell low priced items on Feebay. I really want Feebay to refine their feedback policy. Sellers used to be able to leave negatives for bad buyers. Now, buyers can scam the system, become jerks if they want, and Feebay lets them get away with it.

I know!! Let's get a band of sellers together and protest Ebay headquarters in San Jose. Occupy Feebay!!!

Got a question.

I know how to block someone who is bidding on something I'm selling - but how do you block someone you haven't dealt with??

Click on "Add an eBay user to my Blocked Bidder/Buyer List"

I think you can have up to a couple thousand bidders to block. Leave a comma and space between the ebay ID's is the way to separate them on the list.

PS: You have to spell it correctly, too - or else it says there is no such person :laughing7:a

That's a first for me (blocking someone I've never dealt with)

No Problem - Here's what I have on my list. I got most of these from PCGS forums long ago where people were comparing their blocked bidder lists so some of these may no longer be active. I was too lazy to go through and check on their current status. All are problem buyers they supposedly had dealing with coins with other members on the forum. Folks can cut and paste if they want. I do not know the specific issues why members had these on their blocked list. This is an old list and I haven't updated any for a while. I personally have not dealt with any of these other than the one member I mentioned but I have them blocked anyhow. Keep in mind, Feebay bidders can only receive positive feedbacks. If there's other bidders people suggest blocking, feel free to share. Don't give out their real life actual names. I did it initially but edited it out later. Axecutioner, I hope 1921peacedollar isn't you. LOL..

I still remember getting my only neutral,it was on a sony playstation 2 game.Sold for 5.00,guy gave me neutral and wrote "game is great works fine ...but has a scratch on it" its a used game for crying out loud.I replied that I tried game and it worked fine<i dont inspect used games with a loupe before selling them. The worst part was he gave me a 2 for item as desribed. Now I have to watch out for my star rating.Ohhhh my other 2 star rating was for shipping.I sold a roll of liberty nickels with shipping at 2.99 he thought that was to high...lets see e-bay and pay pal fees .45,bubble envelope .45,actual shipping,1.85 deliverery confirmation .19......guess I did rip him off for .05 geeessshhhh can't please some people.Actually I think on the shipping most people don't truly understand how much shipping costs actually add up.ok end of rant...hh jon

Ditto, Jon. I had a woman complain about shipping being too high for $3. Same deal; fees through ebay & paypal .55, shipping 1.04, envelope .69. So yeah, .72 too high and I'm not even figuring for my overhead - electricity, internet connection, gas to drive to the post office, my time. What a mogul I am (sarcasm intended)

Yep I always put delivery confirmation and insurance on mine. I want proof that the person did not get the item.

I see we have some similar folks.

I remember when Yahoo had their auctions - and lots of fakes on the coins - and outright cheats - when Yahoo stopped, many went to Ebay, and we transferred their ids to our Ebay blocked sellers right then and there.

One in particular (which is on your list, btw), was selling a coin - it was real to the best of OUR knowledge - but sold under what I would consider a fair price - so, we thought we had a pretty good deal. He shipped the coin - supposedly - and we never got it. After many, many emails, he said he had one just like it that he could ship (he never admitted that he didn't ship it, he just kept saying he didn't understand why we didn't get it, and that he had a tracking number, but, darn, he just couldn't find it), and we told him ok. Though, he did suggest that we had ripped HIM off.

A week later, we got a different coin, in very bad shape - and we wanted to ship it back - bottom line after all this is that, we ended up keeping the crappy coin, we ended up paying for it, and he turned into a blocked seller AND was only one of a couple of people who got bad feedback from us.

I am absolutely sure that he meant to have a reserve on it - or else he thought it would go higher than it did - either way, he didn't expect it to sell for what we "bought" it for. I have never sent a check to anyone for anything since then - it has ALWAYS been through Paypal.
