If you don't have one now, I'd suggest getting an inland marine policy (some people call it a "floater" policy). That will protect your jewelry above the $1500 that comes with your homeowners. I figure your wife has a ring or two worth over $500, and you probably have a couple of rings that add up, so you want to make sure your properly protected.

Anyway, thats me with my work hat on.
