Well this year seems to be off to the best start ever and I'm finding a ton of stuff I have no idea about. Thought I'd take the long walk to my best copper finding spot and not more than 10 minutes I get a good $.50/$1 signal, it's always a big chunk of lead when I get a good signal, but I kept my fingers crossed for this one. As my luck would have it, it payed off BIG time, bagged the biggest piece of copper I have ever found , and I have no clue to what it could be and don't think a guess will get me very far with this one so any thoughts on what it may be would be great. Best guess I have so far is that its some type of chisel or wood working tool. It measures about, 5" long, 1 3/4" at it's widest, and 1/2" thick, the bent part sticks out 1 1/8", on the skinny end its 1/4" thick and 3/4" wide. The bent end on it tapers from the inside towards the out and comes to a rather well shaped edge. I don't have a scale, but I would guess the weight to be around one pound.
Thanks for looking
