Here is Joe Biden's reason Women don't want high powered semi-auto rifles. Any double barrel 12 ga shotgun is the best self defense for women. They are;
(1) easy to load
(2) aim doesn't need to be dead on
(3) The noise alone will scare heck out of 'em
(4) Leave the AR-15 for experienced shooters (Think he means men)
