Here's one currently bid at less than $5. I imagine the token is composed of what is says; the balance of the text is just 'hype'; an attempt to create value greater than the token's intrinsic value.

That's an interesting find. I've heard of the strategic petroleum reserve, but never silver. Who knows what else our government is hoarding
