I have one little bank that I have been getting halves from that probably doesn't have more than 5 people in the bank. 3 tellers, manager and some other guy. They are all very friendly and have been getting me 2 boxes/week for the last few weeks. I wanted to get them something to drop off next time I'm in. I was going to get them some nice muffins but was wondering what you guys find they like/appreciate the most?

Bagels, muffins, donuts, candy etc? have you experimented with different things and what gets the best reaction out of them? I've read threads where people mention giving the tellers something and that it goes a long way to keep them happy and not annoyed with you. But, I haven't run across a topic dedicated to it (though I'm sure there is).

So what works best for you?

I like sonic gift cards. Sonic has 1/2 price happy hour from 2-4 for drinks so a $10 gift card can cover some ground. I just do this around Christmas.

There are 5 ladies in my bank that I deal with and the male manager (know them all by name). I also take them chocolates they go crazy for them and I do make sure to tell them to save some for the other girls but what they appreciate more is the compliments I give them when I notice they have their hair done or ask how their new baby is doing or what a pretty blouse their wearing in other words I get to know them personally and it pays of when they call me to let me know that a few rolls just came in and their saving them for me. :laughing9: Charlie

I find the cutie tellers love a ride in my nice car, and cucumber

Personally, thats how I "treat" alot of them. If they expect a tip, I'll gladly give em it.

The absolute best way to reward helpful/friendly tellers is to write a letter to their corporate office praising the great customer service they provide. Those letters can go a long way for the tellers when it comes time for a raise or promotion.

I do allot of spear fishing , so i bring them fresh fish fillet about once a week . I also bring allot of bagels, and venison. It really has paid off. They will call when the counter bags are full, or when someone drops off coin rolls. HH.

I still think the cucumber is a nice personal treat for them to enjoy
