Get a PROFESSIONAL art conservationist! You can get this cleaned correctly for way less than what it will be worth. Don't damage it experimenting you'll be kicking yourself later! Your local museum or if there is a college or university anywhere near you will likely have a conservationist and or students studying to be such.

I haven't decided yet if I want to sell or not. I will post a picture after I clean it . Thanks everyone for the help.
