Also here are a few that had just been located .As you can see they generally are in need of some time and effort after they are dug .For me it is just all part of the satisfaction of digging old bottles . Some few turn out to be gems Others are close except of this or that others still are prized but do not really clean up And most are the ones that you look at once they are completely uncovered and you just can't help but think what might have been .It is all part of what keeps me coming back for moreI also use many of the tools (brushes. bent l shaped L wire ,copper bits , sand etc )And I sometimes allow them to sit with cleaning agents such as Simple Green or an orange citrus acid cleaning solution .But in the end it just takes a lot of time and generally a combination of methods to get them really clean Plus I also admit that depending on where you find them some are in a mostly clean condition from the start
