Hello Fellow MDers,
I bent my shovel down at the base of of the shaft. It's just a small bend and is still usable but I'd prefer it back to the original angle. Should I try bending it back or will that cause it to become weak? I believe I read that they would fix or replace it if I sent it back but I hate going through the process of returning and mailing items. Let me know your thoughts please.
Thanks,
OO

Its probably cheaper to gave a local welder fix it than to send it back.

Acetylene Torch and heat hot enough to reshape, neutral flame so as to not oxidize the metal which makes it more prone to rusting.
Afterwards wire brush,prime and paint.
