Beginners Luck! Unbelievable Cache Found

I've been lurking around the forums for a while and have only been metal detecting for a year. I know it looks unbelievable but I just dug this cache of 4 jars of coins. My cousin who has been detecting for almost 30 years said he has never witnessed an actual cache being dug. He was sure you guys would want to see this so I created an account.
We were detecting on a ranch in Central Texas. There was an old home site on this ranch that the owner razed a few years ago to lower his property taxes. We were detecting the area that would have been the yard and I was hoping for my first Indian Head. Within a few minutes I got an 11 on the Equinox 800. The first thing to come out of the hole was a partial jar lid then some glass. A couple of pennies were under the glass. Then, under those pennies, things went crazy. After sifting the broken glass and pile of coins there were three more jars in the hole. I got my Indian Head!
In total there were 4 full jars (1 broken).
in addition to coins there were a few trinkets and tokens.
Oldest coin was 1891 and the newest was 1967

I see some memorial cents. What's the newest coin of the lot? Should give you an idea of when that jar was buried.

Super cache. I just dug 118 coins out of one hole At an old 1935 racetrack. Had a spectators dog trying ever so hard to help me dig, range from 1937 to 55. Question. What made you dig when you got a 11 on the 800. what did you think the 11 was. Gary

The newest coin was a memorial cent, it was a 1967. There were a few cents with this date, so i'm guessing the cache was buried close to that time period.

Thanks! My cousin has taught me that gold reads low on the equinox, I was afraid to miss the gold ring, so I dug the 11 that turned out to be a corroded mason jar lid that turned out to be the find of a lifetime!
