... which sort of made up my mind ... equinox not always as deep, but definitely picks up smaller rings and chains.

Today I went back to my old CZ-21 to see how it would compare. It was honestly one of the worst hunts I've had since I started with the EQ800. I found zero ... the machine was heavy, uncomfortable, clunky, and I was unable to identify targets beyond "its a big mid tone". I was missing my equinox within 10 minutes... I found myself digging crab traps and all sorts of stupid targets. I honestly couldn't wait to be done with the hunt.

lighter is always good, at least for us older folks and it works pretty darn good too!
 

Yup, Tony has a lot of good, albeit fairly long, videos. You might even see me in a few cameo appearances! He builds some nice headphones for the Equinox too.......along with his Excal mods.
