Howdy all,
Since I contracted the creepin crud thanks to the kids, I haven't been doin much huntin. Today I was feelin better and took advantage of the break in the rain. Both of these coins came from a hard hit yard across the street from me. I hunt this yard whenever I don't feel like goin very far. So far it kicks out one or two keepers every time. Todays haul was a 1953s silver rosie and a 1957d wheat. Luck in the hunt.

very nice job on the silver rosie! I am very surprised that the house kicked out any more silver coins! ;D I will be back hunting with ya as soon as I get through this week. Homework load is really bad. lol

Ju Ju, Great finds, me and my buddy Tom In Lake Stevens Hit Everett yesterday and only Pulled one Wheat apiece, No Silver, we are thinking about driving up in the Tacoma area, Any Suggestions?

Nice. it seem's have a good detector helps as well. I have a Fisher F2 and I don't see to many posting's on finds from users. My best finds have been in the penny market.

(4) indian heads 1898, 1902, 1903 and 1907. Upnorth in Minnesota...

Happy Hunting.

I don't have any suggestion right off hand, but if I come up on a large enough site I will let you know.

Nice finds! Double check the date on the wheat. I believe there were no 1957 S wheats, only 1957 and 1957 D. If it is really 1957 S, it would be a one-of-a kind and worth a fortune!

Looked again, and its a D mark. Even under magnification its tough to see. I wish I could find a rare unknown, and never heard of one of a kind coin. ;D But then if it weren't for buzzard luck I wouldn't have any. Thanks for catchin that.
