Went down to the beach the other day to see if my luck would continue.
To my amazement, all the patches of cobble that were pushed ashore, were gone.
The Cobble patches from the days earlier were maybe 10ft long by 4 or 5 feet in width
with 15 to 20 of sand between each patch, all down the beach.
Now all smooth sand down the entire beach.
Very quite too. A few coins and small bits of melted aluminum pieces.
Seems everything got pulled back out again?
Or was it buried over with more sand?
Saw the cobble on Friday evening.
We had a small storm come thru Sunday and change everything.
So cool how mother nature works...Just wish I could have gotten one more hunt in the gravel.
Eb and flow baby!! Such is life.
Time to hit the mountains again
Cheers
