Bat Wing Buckle

2 7/8" wide X 2 1/2 tall.
Found at an old cabin site in NY.
I dont know what kind of metal it is sounds like brass?? but its black with age, magnet will not stick to it.
posted it to see if anybody eles has found 1!!

sorry guys my camera sucks ...it came with the computer but heres more pictrues closer of the back and front
Was hopin that it was older ...and i was hopin a pilgrem wore it But from a pligrems horse or oxen its does have a little twist in it, though maybe the pilgrem was fat and twisted the buckle !!
