Howdy All, I picked this out of the trash several years ago when I worked at the local landfill. Horrible place to work when you are a packrat. It is 5 1/4 inches by 7 7/8 inches and about 1/8 inch thick. Date at top is Aug. 2 1907. It is not reversed like a printing plate. Nonmagnetic and appears to be copper. Nothing on back. Any Ideas? Thanks Steve

Hi, new guy here. I found this site by looking up images for this very plaque. I have the exact same brass plaque. I just acquired this from a friend and was looking under Google Images. How ironic that this thread is only a few weeks old. So, are these plaques rare? Were they mass produced (I wouldn't think so)? And are they valuable? I also have some small B&B posters as well from the 1960's. Thanks and I will be looking over this neat site over the next few days.

Hi, Does your plate have the same date and location at the top?

Yes it does, exact in every way. This was given to a friend of mine and came directly from the Woelz Drug store.
