Banner Stone or Ax Head ?

Hey guy's this was purchased by my dad from a friend of his who was low on money. Dad gave him $100.00 for it and the guy was wanting to buy it back when he got back on his feet. This was about 35 yrs ago. My dad passed away 27 yrs ago and the guy he bought if from moved to Texas. I have had it for the last 25 yrs and thought I would post it to find out exactly what it is. I am sure it is the real deal. It came from Fulton Co. IL. from a farm field that they guy who dad purchased it from his dad's farm. I know there were arrowheads found here also. Any help would be appreciated.
