Badge with enamel to date

Hey guys. Could anybody give the idea about the time of usage of the badge? The top surface is covered by thick layer of enamel . The clasp is gone. This badge has copper base and the weight is 12 grams. Found it at the site where I found some stuff from both 19 and 20 centuries . The letters TP are on the top of enamel.Thanks for your ideas!!!
