In the last several weeks I have come close to be driven off the road twice by idiot drivers that don't care that they are putting other drivers at risk. I wish a cop could catch these drivers and pull them off the road for good. Here is a picture of a truck in the ditch, all the doors were taken off and there was a real mess laying in front of the up side down vehicle. I don' t know what happened to the people inside, I wish drivers would look where they are going, maybe a red light runner, we have many of these stupid people in this country. IMG_0046.JPG

I have had some very close calls this year myself. I was going for a run outside and as I was crossing an intersection a guy is turning left. Me crossing the street should have the right of way but this guy guns the turn and I was literally 5 feet away from being hit by a car travelling 30-40km, scariest moment I had ever had running.

I know what you mean, but please don't call Americans stupid or anything else while posting on this website.
That condition cannot be possible here in the United States.

I have noticed more and more drivers distracted by their cell phones Brian. Yea, I know it is illegal in many States now but many younger driver's still text, etc. Just yesterday, I had to hit the breaks because a driver turned in front (coming towards me) of me with the cell phone to one ear and one hand on the wheel. Unfortuntely, her hand slipped a little and she didn't turn as tight as she wanted and was coming right at me before she regained control (she never let go of the cell phone!).

Distraced drivers is far moe than cell phones and texting.......eating, drinking, talking, disciplining the kids or dogs..........now it is not that any of the above is absolutely distracting, but it certainly can be..........so where does the nanny state come down on it?
The original laws of the ocuntry were of personal responsibilty.....you damage property or hurt a person, you are held accountable............no injury, no crime.........

Yet this country has been too far corrupted for the truth to see the light of day in a world of darkness (spiritual).

Man, yesterday I was almost a bad driver, scared the pee waddin' out of me. I live in the country, so going to town I turn onto a four lane with a turn lane in the middle. I'm heading west, and there was no east bound traffic. Looking east I could see a couple of cars coming, but the location of the stop sign won't let you see what lane they are in, so I pulled into the middle turn lane and was looking into my mirror to see if the lane was clear before pulling onto the road, both cars were in the far lane, I looked to check the mirror blind spot, it was clear, so I started to pull onto the lane and a motor cycle passed me, in that lane, at high speed, and I never saw him at any time, I have no idea where the heck he came from, except he must have blended in with one of the cars. That's as close as I've come to having an accident in a long time. I thought that motor cycles were supposed to run with lights on, that might have helped, but he came out of nowhere. He was probably cussing me, and I don't blame him.
