[Nana40]

Back in the saddle after a great weekend in Louisiana. Lisa, Terri and I met up at the lot we hunted last week. The sun was in full force and the temps mid 80's. :P It was hot. :P But we had a great time and found a few keepers.

Found a 1952 silver quarter, 1910 V nickel, nine wheat pennies (eight in the same hole with a little bottle), a telephone? six tax tokens :P some change and some silvery tube looking thing. (anybody?)

Arrived home and was welcomed by this site!

They're not here anymore.

Nice finds Nana, hope to meet you someday and talk some shop. Great going as always. I don't know ( or can't remember) I never was able to get permission to hunt the fair grounds, the guy wanted me to rent it for the day.

Those are great finds. Still yet to find a Buffalo let alone a V-nickel.

I've been seeing a lot of those widows and their spiny looking egg sacks lately too.

I thought about you a few days ago. I found an Alabama luxury tax token over here in Georgia. I guess they had such little value that folks didn't get too worried when they lost one.

Agreed on the razor handle.
