Hello all, I hope everyone was able to get outside today to do a little hunting.
Went back to our favorite field today. Bush-hogged the field yesterday for easier swinging. Laid our grids with strings and tent stakes. Time to do it the right way. 7 hours of hunting, meticulously overlapping swings. Pulled a "W. Wallis. Extra Rich" flat coat button in the last grid of the day.
Also pulled out some sort of copper band with what I believe is a serial number on it. "H 3619". At first I thought it was a bird band. But that does not seem to be the case. So, I am not sure what it is yet.
Was a beautiful day and I had a blast. Ticks are certainly out already!
Here are the Pics of the two finds.
Ty for looking and Happy Hunting!
