Axe head...How old?

Found this Axe head in the lake nearby where i have been finding things from the late 1800's, early 1900's. Not sure how old it is or what type of axe it is. Part of the bottom appears to be broken off. The back appears to have had a hook or a smashed point. I wire wheeled it to get off the rust and corrosion.

Looks to be a folded backsmith axe. Hard to tell age , these were made for a long time. Before 1900? Tony
