Bertman, I got my digger yesterday from Terry. It is one hefty peice of steel. It is very sharp,and I don't think it could be broken even if you tried. Thanks . Mike.

Mike, Glad to hear you received this bad-to-the-bone digger... Knipper and Lasivian have given some excellent advice on the sharpening method to use... Let me know how it works out...

I took the liberty of fixing the pics.

Interesting design. I use one of these myself:

Since the dirt out here in AZ is like weak cement

Hopefully Washington State will be alot better.

Thanks Lasivian, I tried like heck to make those pics smaller... Your digger is close, and looks like a great tool, but all of these have a bicycle handle like those that Timberwolf has pictured above...

I use a United States Army entrenching tool. Treats me right. :P
